Statement

I stroll freely through life, as much as possible detached from society and I observe.

Interested in people and their stories.

What inspires them, what is their passion, has something happened or is something going to happen?

I intuitively focus on these stories and try to look beyond what is initially presented to me.

If I observe a little longer, I try to discover the deeper layer. What is behind it, what else is going on.

It is precisely that layer that gives dimension to the story.

Chapters emerge into a story, scenes, images, the latter I capture.

Usually the resulting image is therefore cinematic and sometimes also suggestive.

I use both these aspects to captivate and obtain the viewer’s interest in the story.
